My father loves to barbecue — and he also hates inconvenience. He's a problem-solving brown dad, and it bothered him that he could never comfortably take his grill anywhere.

So he did something about it. He took a design, found the vendors and fabricators, and built his own collapsible BBQ grill — one that folds flat, travels anywhere, and solves the hassle of hauling a grill around.

A while later I found that grill in the garage. I could see the ingenuity in it — the functional personality of the thing. I started working on it, and here we are: a product designed by my father and engineered by me.
